WAYFINDING SIGNAGE

"Wayfinding" signs were originally recommended during 2013 Community Visioning and have been recommended by state economic development staff on several occasions since then. The signage is important to visitors and the many people who drive through our community every day, directing them to downtown businesses and other significant places. In February of 2024 the SACG economic development committee met with the mayor and City Council and there was consensus that we should pursue this project. SACG paid for the signs and posts ($3,573) and City staff installed them, so this was a good collaboration.
